RETURNS & EXCHANGES


Returns
If you want to return an item, you have 30 days from the shipping confirmation date of your order to do so. Please make sure that all items are in its original packaging... kindly note that Areous has the right to deny a return should it show signs of wear.

We understand pieces may not work out for you and that's okay. When returning,all Items (excluding made-to-order pieces) must be unworn and in its original packaging.
Made-to-order and engraved pieces are not returnable
Must arrive no later than 30 days (International orders - 45 days) after the delivery date. Returns that arrive after will not be accepted and will be returned back to you. **Please note labels are only valid for 14 days from the day it is issued.**

Return/Exchange Processing Time
Please allow 10-14 business days to process your return. We charge a $6 return/ $4.95 exchange fee.

Please note your original shipping fee and any duties and taxes incurred upon original delivery are not refundable.

Exchanges
An exchange can be made within 30 days upon delivery date. If you would like to exchange, go to the returns/exchange portal and submit your exchange. Return your item(s) with the return label. Once we receive it, we will process your exchange. A $4.95 exchange fee will be included.

If there is an outstanding balance, it must be paid in order for your exchange to be sent out.
If the exchange cost less, then it will be issued by store credit.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
